2020 has challenged us in ways we never thought possible, but it is finally time to put the dreaded year behind us. As we move into 2021, we need to refill our buckets with positive energy and set goals that will drive us to build momentum and get back on track. Take a look at the peers and team members that surround you, and be thankful for the support that enabled you to remain relatively healthy—figuratively and literally—against the odds of COVID-19. In this solocast episode of the Progressive Dentist, I share my thoughts on goal-setting in 2021.

Set Your Goals

Whether your goals are personal or professional, today is always better than tomorrow when it comes to planning. It is time to think about how you want your personal life to look this year. We have been deprived of so many things due to the lockdowns, but with vaccines around the corner, the future is finally less clouded with uncertainty. The same goes for setting professional goals. What profit or gross revenue do you want to achieve? How much do you want to save on taxes? How many new team members are you going to add? The list goes on, but setting your goals is only the beginning.
